We are dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for both students and staff by providing high-quality support and resources.Position Overview:We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join with one of our partner schools in Ossett. This is an exciting opportunity to support the learning and development of students in a dynamic and inclusive educational environment. The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for working with children and the ability to engage and inspire students across a range of abilities and backgrounds.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Support individual students and small groups with their learning, providing tailored assistance to meet their needs.
• Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Prepare learning materials and resources as directed by the class teacher.
• Assist in the assessment and recording of students’ progress.
• Supervise students during break times and extracurricular activities.
• Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the well-being and academic success of students.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of child development and educational practices.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
