We’re on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Team-Teach trained Teaching Assistant to become a valued member of a SEND school community in South Liverpool.Your Role:As a compassionate and proficient Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a highly dysregulated child on a 1:1 basis, working closely with another dedicated staff member. This rewarding role will extend until the end of the academic year.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualised 1:1 support to a highly dysregulated child in a SEND school.
• Collaborate effectively with a team member to meet the child’s unique needs.
• Utilise Team-Teach techniques to manage challenging behaviours.
• Support the child’s educational and developmental progress, adapting to their specific needs and capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience working with SEND children is essential.
• Team-Teach training certification is mandatory.
• Strong team player with excellent collaborative skills.
• Experience with non-verbal children is a plus.
• High proficiency in English language skills.
