Teaching Improvement Manager

We understand that every person’s needs are different and aim to provide support that is most appropriate to the individual.We are recruiting a Teaching Improvement Manager to become part of a dynamic inclusive team and play a key part in supporting all teachers to improve their practice through coaching, mentoring, and delivering continued professional development.You will be responsible to coach, mentor and support individual teacher as well as create and deliver training sessions locally and at cross-college professional development days.
