Job Description:
- Lead our operations team, ensuring strict adherence to processes and achievement of key performance metrics.
- Apply your in-depth knowledge of both outbound and inbound operations to maximize team effectiveness.
- Motivate and manage team members to create a positive, high-performing work environment.
- Oversee process and metric management to maintain optimal operational performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations, offering feedback and strategies for continuous team improvement.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader within a BPO or call center environment.
- Hands-on experience in managing both outbound and inbound call center operations.
- Outstanding leadership capabilities with a proven track record in team management and development.
- Expertise in process improvement and metric management to drive operational success.
