You will line-manage and coach members of the team as well as support service development and collaborations with other groups in ECMWF. About the Team

The Service Reliability Team provides solutions for some of the most essential supporting services of ECMWF operations. There is a strong focus on self-service and enabling autonomy for the many analysts internally who consume these services.

The team sits within the newly formed Application Delivery Section of the Computing Department. The Application Delivery Section provides many platforms and services that enable ECMWF teams to consume computing resources at different levels (PaaS, SaaS) and to consistently deploy applications with different levels of support to a high degree of quality and reliability, both within ECMWF’s own data centre and third-party Cloud environments.

  • Optionally, become a member of ECMWF’s Change Management Board
