Mae Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri yn amddiffyn harddwch naturiol, bywyd gwyllt a threftadaeth ddiwylliannol Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri. Gan gwmpasu 823 milltir sgwâr, mae’r Parc yn gartref i’r mynydd uchaf yng Nghymru, y llyn naturiol mwyaf yng Nghymru, a dros 26,000 o bobl.
Rydym nawr yn chwilio am Dechnegydd Cynllunio i ymuno â ni yn rhan-amser, gan weithio tri diwrnod yr wythnos, am gontract tymor penodol o 12 mis.

Fel Technegydd Cynllunio, byddwch yn darparu cymorth technegol a gweinyddol i’n Hadran Gynllunio, gan helpu i sicrhau bod gwasanaethau cynllunio statudol yn cael eu darparu’n effeithlon ar draws Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri.
Gan chwarae rhan allweddol wrth ddilysu, cofrestru a rheoli ceisiadau cynllunio a chofnodion cysylltiedig, byddwch yn cynnal hanesion cynllunio, yn cydlynu ymgynghoriadau, ac yn cefnogi gweithgareddau cydymffurfio.
Byddwch hefyd yn darparu cyngor a chymorth i ymgeiswyr, asiantau ac aelodau’r cyhoedd, gan ymateb i ymholiadau cynllunio a helpu i ddarparu gwasanaeth cwsmeriaid rhagorol.

National Park Offices, Penrhyndeudraeth
Eryri National Park Authority protects the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of Eryri National Park. Covering 823 square miles, the Park is home to the highest mountain in Wales, the largest natural lake in Wales, and over 26,000 people.
We are now looking for a Planning Technician to join us on a part-time basis, working three days per week, for a 12 month fixed-term contract.
Welsh language skills are essential for this role. Please read the job description for the exact level required.
As a Planning Technician, you will provide technical and administrative support to our Planning Section, helping to ensure the efficient delivery of statutory planning services across Eryri National Park.
Playing a key role in validating, registering and managing planning applications and associated records, you will maintain planning histories, co-ordinate consultations, and support compliance activities.
You will also provide advice and assistance to applicants, agents and members of the public, responding to planning enquiries and helping to deliver excellent customer service.
