Customer Service/Technical Support

A Lacombe company is searching for Customer Service/Technical Support, they will have core responsibilities in technical customer support. Our team based and professional work environment allows the Technical Customer Support to be the first step in helping customers. This position troubleshoots electronic components and systems with clients & technicians. In this role you need to be able to read electronic data sheets and wiring diagrams, the ability to understand electronic fundamentals, system correlations and proper phone etiquette is essential. This innovative company is moving fast and often promotes from within. Some overtime hours are offered. Our Customer Service Technician is vital to our success.

Job Summary: The Customer Service Technician position will include:

  • Customer service role, trouble shooting RV electronic components and systems
  • Fielding phone calls from dealer or field service technicians, as well as end customers with product issues and general questions
  • Maintaining a calm demeanor and supportive attitude in all interactions with potentially frustrated or challenging customers and clients
  • Position requires strong electronics aptitude and trouble shooting skills
  • Understand electronics fundamentals, and system correlations
  • Ability to read electronics data sheets and wiring diagrams, and proactively apply this information to solving customer’s problem(s)

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor and supportive attitude in all customer interactions
  • Understanding of electronic fundamentals and system correlations
  • Previous technical customer support experience (1 Year minimum)
