Located in the heart of vibrant downtown Montreal, the company culture is centred around innovation, collaboration, and respect, committed to providing sustainable, responsible, and creative solutions to its clients.As a Structural Drafting Technician, you will be a key member of the design team, working closely with engineers and other professionals to develop high-quality plans and technical drawings for projects.Responsibilities:
- Perform 3D modelling and 2D drawings of wood structures
- Produce assembly drawings for the structure implementation
- Create workshop drawings for part fabrication
- Develop assembly plans and structural plans
- Monitor orders and logistics
- Participate in the development of internal tools
Skills and qualifications :
- Holder of a diploma in civil engineering technology or architecture (or equivalent)
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience including 3D modelling and structural drafting
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and attentive to detail, with a good learning ability and initiative
