You will be responsible for overseeing the technical elements of project scheduling, budgeting, troubleshooting and risk management. Working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and design consultants, you will oversee the development of design concepts, construction drawings, and specifications for underground stations. - Coordinating and overseeing the design phase of underground station projects from concept to completion.
- Working closely with architects, engineers, and other design consultants to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet project requirements and client expectations.
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design deliverables.
- Reviewing and approving design drawings, specifications, and other technical documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration among internal teams, external stakeholders, and project partners to resolve design issues, address feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Preparing and presenting progress reports, status updates, and other project documentation to senior management, clients, and stakeholders as required.
- Identifying risks, opportunities, and challenges during the design phase and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities to enhance project outcomes.
QualificationsQualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in technical coordination or technical project management within the Architecture and/or Engineering sectors.
- Knowledge of P3 (Public-Private Partnership) projects and transit-related projects is required.
- Design experience in underground transit projects is required.
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex technical projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in technical project management tools such as Primavera, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam, and platforms like FTP, Project Wise, SharePoint, and ISO.
- Familiarity with design software such as Revit, Microstation, and AutoCAD is beneficial.
