Overview:
The Government of Botswana, through the Ministry of Child Welfare and Basic Education, is committed to building a knowledge-based society by delivering inclusive, equitable, and quality education for all. This commitment is articulated in key national frameworks, including the Revised National Policy on Education (RNPE), the Education and Training Sector Strategic Plan (ETSSP 2023–2030), and Vision 2036, as well as through alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4), which promotes lifelong learning opportunities for all.
