Salary: $34 and more depending on experience
Schedule: Day shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Here are the responsibilities for this service technician position located in South Shore of Montreal :– Repair, refurbishment, and maintenance of lubrication equipment.
– Internal bench service on client’s industrial equipment.
– Installation, commissioning, and on-site service of engineering systems and stationary equipment at client sites.
– Identification and sourcing of spare parts.
– Preparation of repair quotes and obtaining approvals.
– Disassembly and repair of a variety of industrial equipment.
– Troubleshooting inspections and preventive maintenance.
– Service reports, work orders, and technical support to clients.
– Adherence to safety rules and wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment.
– Development of professional relationships with clients.
– Training or mentoring other staff members.
– Maintenance of a clean and organized work environment.
– Inventory management of parts.
– Support to the sales team in certain engineering tasks.Qualifications
Here are the required qualifications for this service technician position located in South Shore of Montreal :– At least 3 years of experience with low and high-pressure pumps, industrial equipment.
– Ability to work with chemicals and solvents.
– Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
– Valid passport for travel to the United States for training.
– Ownership of hand tools.
– Motivation, autonomy, and adherence to deadlines.
– Fluent bilingualism for client interactions.
– Physical ability to handle equipment and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
– Availability for overtime and out-of-province travel if necessary.
– Basic computer skills.
– Ability to find and interpret technical service manuals.
– Forklift license and/or first aid certificate would be an asset.Summary
