The Role

As Technology Portfolio Planning Senior Analyst you will lead the pipeline portfolio view for Technology at Carnival UK. You’ll oversee the triage and demand process, ensuring the full lifecycle management of initiatives while maintaining adherence to the agreed portfolio management approach and timetable.

You will be responsible for orchestrating the flow of essential information, guiding stakeholders to provide accurate data within designated timelines. Your expertise will be instrumental in producing comprehensive reports for portfolio governance, driving recommendations for portfolio enhancements.

Utilizing Project and Programme Management tools, you will manage Excel trackers and dashboards, along with administering the resource forecasting system. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting key administrative functions, including ensuring timely completion of timesheets and facilitating the recruitment process for necessary roles to deliver the Technology change portfolio.

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK08 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, a minimum of 3 days per week.

• Experience of working within a structured project or portfolio environment or change environment

• Experience of blending data from multiple source and skilled in using MS Office tools
