The Telecomm/Voice Administrator 2 works telephony access requests consisting of user setup and/or changes. The Telecomm/Voice Administrator 2 work assignments are varied and require a high level of accuracy while working in multiple systems.

The Telecomm/Voice Administrator 2 role requires an understanding of technical aspects of telecommunications equipment, systems and vendor capabilities. Also responsible for processing move/add/change requests pertaining to telephony systems. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field OR equivalent experience in lieu of degree

  • Less than 5 years of telecommunications technical experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of technical aspects of telecom equipment and systems and vendor capabilities

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Telecom/Voice administrator

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$65,000 – $89,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
