Salary: £23,809.50 per annum, paid monthly (pro-rated)

Working Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 14:30 to 23:00

Contract Type: Temporary 6 month fixed-term contract, part-time (15 hours per week)

Training: 2 weeks, fully paid (training is during weekdays)

Location: Work from Home, UK-based only

Start Date: ASAP

What will I be doing?

As a Customer Service Representative with Foundever®, you’ll provide exceptional customer support for one of our gift card provider clients, helping customers with their balance enquiries by telephone in the French language.

With our comprehensive training behind you, you’ll handle each interaction with professionalism, empathy and efficiency, always aiming for first-contact resolution and an outstanding customer experience.

What skills and experience will I need to succeed?

You could be a great fit for this role if you have:

Experience: Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre

Language: Fluent in both French and English (oral, listening, and written/reading)

Customer-Obsessed: Understanding, empathetic and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience every time

Communication Skills: Impeccable oral and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen to customers
