This Terms of Reference (ToR) outlines the requirements for recruiting an organization or company to manage and revamp the ActionAid website, ensuring it remains current, user-friendly, and reflective of our mission and activities.
2. Objectives
The primary objectives of this project are:
- To provide ongoing monthly updates and maintenance for the ActionAid website.
- To revamp the website to improve user experience, accessibility, and alignment with our brand and mission.

3. Scope of Work
A. Monthly Website Management
Content Updates:

- Incorporate feedback from key stakeholders to align the website with organizational goals.

- Collaborate with ActionAid staff to test the revamped content before the website goes live.
- Provide training and documentation for ActionAid staff to manage new content features.
