We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.Main responsibilitiesStrategically partner with external organizations to advocate for our vaccine portfolio.Maintain relationships with key figures in healthcare, research, government, and public health to advance strategic interests.Proactively engage and build relationships with new stakeholders through personalized interactions, developing a robust network of advocates for RSV, Flu, and our Vaccine Pipeline.Implement an Omni-Channel approach for customer engagement, utilizing conferences, promotional speakers, and other methods to educate and interact with healthcare professionals on vaccine benefits and safety.Achieve immunization goals within designated areas, create provincial plans aligned with Sanofi’s objectives, and maintain ongoing stakeholder engagement.Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to strategic planning to ensure alignment with organizational goals.About you:Driver’s License required due to extensive travel demands.BA/BSc. required; MSc/PhD/MBA preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience in selling, negotiation, and communication, especially with public health entities.In-depth knowledge of the Public Health environment in BC and key account selling skills.Experience in vaccine science, marketing, and sales, along with demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement and executing high-impact educational eventsWhy choose us?Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it’s through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally.Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact.Take good care of yourself and your family, with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits including high-quality healthcare, prevention and wellness programs and at least 14 weeks’ gender-neutral parental leave.The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $135,000 in addition to sales incentive.
