You will work with teachers within the classroom, on a small group and one to one basis and cover classes in the absence of a teacher.What you need to be a trainee teacher…A degreeA genuine passion for educationPositive attitudePrevious experience of working with childrenThis role is for an academic year so that both you and the school get to know each other before embarking on your training year where you will gain your QTS.
