Monday-Friday, 8 hour shift
10am to 6:30 pm (30 minute break)
Full benefits compensation package (dental, medical, life)
Salary dependent on experience, ranging from 45-55k
No weekend work!
2 or 3 weeks vacation, 10 personal days, 3 sick days

– Provide exceptional customer service for our clients and drivers
– Organize the customs paperwork (ACE/ACI) and coordinate with US custom brokers
– Support with billing duties, carrier invoice audition, charges and rates
– Track and trace, monitor shipment status and update customers
– Other related operations duties, supporting the department supervisorQualifications
– Excellent English and French language skills
– Minimum of 1 year experience working in the transportation / logistics sector
– Team spirit. Able to work well with others
– Good communicator
– Minimum high school graduate
– Great attitude & willingness to learn.Summary
