Responsible to:  University Librarian

Campus: Any (to be agreed with successful applicant)

(Fixed-term for 2 years / Full-Time)

Job Purpose:

The post holder will lead and deliver on the transformation and the continuous improvement agenda of Ulster University¿s Library Services, to include leading on a range of transformational projects to be agreed in order to deliver the library strategy.  This is a front-facing role that requires a candidate with strong leadership ability, effective communication skills, a proven track record in the successful delivery of change projects along with the ability to motivate teams to meet deadlines and project objectives.
