The core focus of this team is to work with clients that are going through large transformation programs and help them make these programs successful. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Designing and implementing program governance and program management strategiesAssisting in rolling out leading practice program management services like benefits realization, quality assurance, decision management, document management etc.Leading the design and set up for PMO, developing and executing program and project assurance strategies and plans, and delivering large complex programs or projectsWorking with and presenting to senior program leadership within large scale programsLeading responses to client proposals and drive impactful conversations with senior client leadersPursue opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of comfort zoneGathering evidence from the environment you are working in, interpreting and recommending improvements to clients and creating positive outcomes for all partiesCoaching others and encourage them to take ownership of their developmentStay abreast of key industry developments both within Canada and globallyUphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conductExperiences and skills you’ll use to solveExtensive experience within Transformation Implementation that includes:Leading implementations of large complex system/transformation initiativesDrive the design and setup of PMO and rolling out the necessary governance and operational processes to manage the programLeading performance of project assessments, health checks and program gateway reviewsManaging a program management team to deliver the PMO functions aligned with the designed governance and management controls.End to end delivery with enterprise systems, major transformations, restructuring of an organization or leading large scale transformation initiatives.Master’s degree in business or related fieldCertified Project Manager (PMI PMBOK, APM BOK, PRINCE2, MSP, MoR, Agile, or Benefit Realization)Understanding of core project management process area (IT governance, quality assurance, or SDLC), project management software/tool, and/or ERP or industry specific applicationPrior consulting experience and a strong understanding of how consulting organizations work and have taken part in the sales cycleSelf-motivated to begin and continue tasks committed to achieving project goalsProven leadership skill with ability to build solid and collaborative relationships with team members, foster a productive teamwork environment, and leverage diverse viewsAbility to develop and manage strategic client relationships while providing the highest quality client workAbility to effectively negotiate, problem solve, and influence through verbal and written communications.Strong abilities to write and deliver proposals to prospective clientsAs a requirement, a Security Clearance is mandatory for all staff who’ll be engaged on these assignments. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.*Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region. Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location.
