Translation Specialist, Customer Service, Customer Experience Program (CXP) Translation Team

Our tens of thousands of Customer Service Associates around the globe provide world-class support to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and in over 20 languages (and growing).

Our team is looking for a talented language Translation Specialist who will be part of a global team whose innovations and strategies will influence what we build and how we surface information to solve customers’ issues globally.

A successful candidate must have a strong command of both the Japanese and English languages, demonstrate a commitment to ongoing language learning, and possess excellent attention to detail and communication skills. The candidate has earned the trust of stakeholders and exhibited a track record of significant responsibilities throughout their career.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient Japanese level (N1 of Japanese Language Proficiency Test is preferred)
  • Business level English skills especially reading and writing (TOEIC 950 or above is preferred)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1+ years of translation work experience
  • Proven track record of delivery of targeted results by working both independently and collaboratively with global teams as appropriate

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as ability to pay attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
