Our aspiration is to bring the best minds together, to provide them with world-leading tools and resources and a unique structure that fosters real agility and entrepreneurial spirit.About This JobAs Medical Affairs (MA) Lead for Specialty Medicines for our UK Affiliate, you will report to the UK Head of Medical Affairs and lead a small, experienced team.You will be responsible for providing strategic MA Leadership and for overseeing all MA activities and deliverables for the Specialty Therapy Area. You will ensure all MA tactics address local, UK business needs and bring value to patients, advancing the medical and scientific understanding of Astellas products.Working with cross functional teams in Commercial, Regulatory and HEOR you will help ensure the safety and appropriate use across the lifecycle of the Specialty productsHybrid workingAt Astellas we recognise that our employees enjoy having balance between their professional and home lives.
