The Position:
Under the guidance of the Representative-Lebanon Office, the direct supervision of the Operations Analyst, and close coordination with the UNFPA office particularly the Operations Unit, the incumbent will be undertaking various administrative and financial tasks.

Job Purpose:
In addition to the Country Office’s regular program and in view of its engagement in humanitarian response and to be able to respond to its increased operations workload, the incumbent will be expected to deliver quality services in administration and finance to internal and external clients mastering all relevant organizational rules, guidelines, processes, and procedures
You would be responsible for:
The administrative Finance assistant will assist in the overall implementation operations services in the UNFPA Country Office in Lebanon. He/She will implement UNFPA rules and regulations, adhere to policies and standards established by the HQ, and support the Operations team to ensure efficient implementation of CO activities.

Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
Completed Secondary Level Education is required. University Graduates in related fields are desirable (i.e. in Finance, Accounting , Public Administration, Business Management, or any other related fields)

Fluency in English and Arabic; knowledge of other official UN languages, preferably French is desirable.
