LE ROLE

Sous la supervision du Chef de l’unité CP Management, assurer la gestion opérationnelle bout à bout du cycle de vie de partenariats coopérants (ONG et Service Techniques du Gouvernement) en conformité avec les règles et procédures du PAM

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPERIENCE

Formation:

• Diplôme universitaire avancé en affaires internationales, économie, nutrition/santé, agriculture, sciences de l’environnement, sciences sociales ou tout autre domaine pertinent pour l’aide au développement international.
• À défaut, un premier diplôme universitaire (Licence) avec au moins 5 ans d’expérience post-graduée dans un domaine connexe et/ou des formations complémentaires.

Expériences souhaitées pour le rôle :

Langue: Maitrise du français et un niveau d’anglais intermédiaire.

• Vous avez une excellente capacité d’organisation et une attention particulière aux détails.
• Vous êtes capable de travailler sous pression et de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
• Vous avez un fort esprit d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à interagir avec divers interlocuteurs et à bâtir des relations de travail efficaces avec les partenaires.
• Vous êtes proactif(ve) et démontrez une capacité d’initiative pour améliorer les processus de gestion des partenariats.
• Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils numériques et êtes à l’aise avec les plateformes de gestion de partenariats et de suivi budgétaire.

EXPERIENCES ADDITIONNELLES:

• Connaissance des procédures de financement des ONG et des mécanismes de gestion des risques dans les partenariats humanitaires.
• Expérience dans un contexte d’urgence humanitaire et/ou de développement.
• Expérience en formation et renforcement des capacités des partenaires.
