Service Description: Consulting services of an architecture professional (individual), duly qualified, for the preparation of architectural project and technical monitoring of the renovation work to be carried out in the property located in the Garibaldi Memorial Building Condominium – R. Agnelo Brito, 90. Rooms 304, 305 and 306 – Federation, Salvador – BA, 40210-245 (approximately 104.2 m²).

Minimum/mandatory requirements:

Degree in Architecture, by institution recognized by MEC.
Minimum experience of two (2) years in architectural services after graduation is completed.
Have an active record in the CAU (Council of Architecture and Urbanism).

Professional experience should be proven by sending curriculum.
The proposal must be submitted directly to the portal until the indicated deadline.On the end date, the receipt of proposals will end at 17h (Brasília time).

Any clarification request must be sent in writing through the messaging functionality on the portal.UNDP will answer in writing, including an explanation of doubt without identifying the source of the consultation.
