Offer Description
The University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna invites applications for a full-time position in Equine Surgery at a lecturer or senior lecturer level. Applicants will ideally hold an ECVS or ACVS Diploma but full consideration will also be given to applicants that have completed an ECVS or ACVS Equine or Large Animal Surgery residency programme. The successful candidate will work in a team of academic equine surgeons to provide high quality teaching, patient care and research. The well-equipped hospital includes two modern operating theatres, facilities for standing surgery, high-speed treadmill endoscopy, scintigraphy, CT and MRI. The hospital provides an established referral service to a diverse case load.
