About the Role: We are looking for a US Marketing professional to join our Corporate Accounts team. This role will collaborate with the cross functional US regional team to integrate marketing disciplines with external focus to advance Healthcare Administrator (Provider) Business Objectives. This role will serve as a partner and liaison to the businesses to prioritize and execute market access initiatives and value-added services for payers, providers, physicians and patients.
This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Corporate account Sales Team, Health Economics and Analytics to integrate marketing priorities and strategies with a focus on the Provider Customer (Hospital Supply Chain / Contract Manager) to advance business objectives
- Develop and execute Healthcare Administrator marketing and commercial launch strategies to retain and grow existing customers, identify and gain new customers and increase share of wallet to advance the MPD portfolio of products
- Develop clear, concise, and compelling market positioning aligned with MPD product portfolio strategy; including VAC packs, Value Presentations, Health Economic value messaging to differentiate the Gore Brand from competitors
- Identify, develop, and communicate an impactful Healthcare Solutions value proposition for the business
- Collaborate with Product specialists, strategic marketing and sales to develop compelling product value propositions to meet the needs of the Healthcare Administrator customer and economic buyer
- Collaborate with the marketing communications team to ensure successful development and implementation of Healthcare Administrator customer engagement strategies
- Partner with Customer Insights/Market Analytics Team to Selectively initiate, understand, and apply market research
- Conduct Healthcare Administrator landscape and market assessments to generate competitive insights that inform business decisions and go-to-market strategies
- Understand, and integrate Healthcare Administrator needs with competitive and differentiated value propositions
- Identify trends, respond to needs and translate the value Gore offers into what is important to the Healthcare Administrator customer
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years strategic marketing or MARCOM experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing functions
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans to capitalize on market insights and trends
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and integrate individuals and teams to execute against strategic plans
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply market research, including methodology and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Corporate accounts sales organization and MPD business partners to drive profitable share growth
- Ability to travel overnight (up to 25%)

This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization and training.
Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed. For fully remote roles, the following locations are not eligible for new fully remote work arrangements: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island (for wage/hourly roles only).
