Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability tests) to gather insights on customer needs, behaviors, and experiences.
  • Help analyze and synthesize customer data, identifying key trends and patterns that can guide product and experience improvements.
  • Support the creation of customer personas, journey maps, and other research deliverables that communicate customer insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, marketing) to ensure research findings are integrated into decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of research findings to stakeholders, highlighting key takeaways and actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of research tools and resources.
  • Stay up-to-date on customer experience trends, research methods, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human-Computer Interaction, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A strong interest in customer experience, research, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to present insights clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn new research methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with research tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, etc.) is a plus but not required.
  • A passion for understanding people and advocating for the customer’s voice.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
