Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability tests) to gather insights on customer needs, behaviors, and experiences.
Help analyze and synthesize customer data, identifying key trends and patterns that can guide product and experience improvements.
Support the creation of customer personas, journey maps, and other research deliverables that communicate customer insights.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, marketing) to ensure research findings are integrated into decision-making processes.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of research findings to stakeholders, highlighting key takeaways and actionable recommendations.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of research tools and resources.
Stay up-to-date on customer experience trends, research methods, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human-Computer Interaction, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
A strong interest in customer experience, research, and data analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to present insights clearly.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Willingness to learn new research methodologies and tools.
Experience with research tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, etc.) is a plus but not required.
A passion for understanding people and advocating for the customer’s voice.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
