| Role objectives |
Key Responsibilities Data Quality Assurance – Develop and implement data quality management plans, including data – Establish and enforce data quality standards and guidelines. – Conduct regular audits of database systems to identify and rectify data quality – Collaborate with database administrators, developers, and other Compliance and Standards – Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and internal – Stay updated with company best practices and emerging trends in data – Implement data governance frameworks and support data stewardship Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for process improvements in data quality – Implement automated data quality checks and validation processes. – Collaborate with IT and business units to continuously enhance data Qualifications Education and Experience – Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data – Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data quality assurance, data Languages – Fluency in Dari or Pashto with knowledge of the other language. Excellent written and spoken English. |

Monitoring and Reporting – Monitor database performance and data quality metrics, generating regular reports for management. – Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time data quality insights. – Report on data quality issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions taken. Training and Support – Provide training and support to staff on data quality best practices and – Develop documentation and user guides for data quality processes and – Assist in the development of data quality awareness programs within the company. |
