Essential Responsibilities of the Client Liaison Hospital Manager:

Actively assesses employee engagement and satisfaction. Regularly provides employees with opportunities for feedback, personal development and career growth. Collaborates with the Hospital Management team on employee satisfaction initiatives.

Coordinates with Hospital Director, Medical Leadership and Hospital Management team on the development, assessment and scheduling of the customer service team & liaisons. Provides feedback regarding improvements and changes for workflow, processes and services.

Manages Client Liaison Team of approximately 25 associates. Assesses staffing needs and ensures that staff are providing the highest quality of client service while effectively and efficiently meeting hospital standards. Reviews client recorded calls for quality assurance and training purposes.

Develops written, standardized protocols for departments and patient care that provides uniform decision making in handling clients and referring veterinarians. Develops detailed training manuals to onboard new staff.

Has the responsibility to direct and support employees daily work activities. Has the direct responsibility in hiring, termination, corrective action and performance reviews.
Necessary Attributes:

5 years related work experience required
-
1-3 years supervisory/management experience required
-
Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred

Demonstrates a strong desire for process improvement and leadership development.

Candidates with Medical, Dental or Veterinary supervisory/management experience is preferred.
