Come and join us in this exciting journey to make a positive impact in patients’ lives.Job DescriptionAs the Vice President, Head of AI/ML – you will serve as a key leader within our organization, responsible for driving global AI/ML initiatives across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will have a strong background in AI/ML, healthcare, and ideally drug safety, and will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering measurable business value.As the Head of AI/ML, you will build and lead a small team of experts and be hands-on in the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions to ensure timely value delivery.Full job description available on application.QualificationsAdvanced degree (MS or PhD) in STEM subjects with a focus on AI/ML.5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record of delivering business value through AI/ML initiatives.Experience in building and leading high-performing AI/ML teams, with a hands-on approach to solution development and deployment.Proven track record of successfully delivering AI/ML projects, with demonstrable ROI and business value.Expertise in machine learning techniques, such as natural language processing, deep learning, and anomaly detection, and the ability to apply these techniques to solve real-world business problems.Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, and experience with AI/ML frameworksExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate the business value of AI/ML initiatives to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities, while maintaining a focus on delivering business value.Additional InformationWe offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work with a talented team at the forefront of AI/ML innovation in pharmacovigilance.
