Main purpose of job:
To carry out effective day to day maintenance work, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, new installation and construction works. You would be involved into local procurement, maintenance supply management work along with inventory management.
Roles and responsibilities / what will the jobholder be expected to achieve?:
Regular works (30%)
New Works (30%)
Schedule/Preventive maintenance works (30%)
Miscellaneous Works ( 10%)
Language requirements:
Language: English/Nepali
Level of language required: Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Learning and development opportunities (and any specific training courses to be completed):
L & D activities as per FCDO requirement
Working patterns:
Should be able to work On Call if required on weekdays and weekends.

Basic Salary will be NPR 53,400 per month plus 10% provident fund Contribution.
