DescriptionTeam Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of dedicated and motivated retail professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and exceptional customer service.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track merchandise turnover, and manage stock ordering to ensure that the store is well-stocked with popular products while minimizing overstock.Customer Service: Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Sales and Profitability: Set sales targets and goals, implement effective sales strategies, and monitor financial performance.
