An exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative, dynamic and highly motivated professional, who is passionate about improving experiences for patients, carers, families and visitors with the support of our volunteer workforce. 

During this fixed-term opportunity, the Voluntary Services Manager will lead the recruitment and retention of volunteers. Ensuring volunteers are recruited from the local community, receive extensive training and then matched to services focused on improving patient’s health and wellbeing outcomes, and social interactions.

The experience of Care team manages eight services, all providing various support to our patients, carers, the public and staff.  You will join an innovative, caring and hard-working team at the forefront of the patient experience. The role will be a mix of hospital and home-based work.
