Our future has to be wilder!
We are seeking a Volunteering & Training Assistant to join our cause.
The successful postholder will work within the HR section to provide effective administration
of volunteer records, volunteer recruitment, and volunteering compliance with relevant
policies, alongside coordinating, administering and organising training for staff across the
Trust. The Assistant will work closely with the Health and Safety Officer to coordinate H&S
training, with senior members of the Trust where training is required for their staff, and with
volunteer managers for Trust volunteers. The role will be broadly split 50:50 between assisting

This is a key administrative role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to
detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The postholder will be the first
