Context

Bangladesh’s ambitious journey towards realizing the Smart Bangladesh Vision 2041, culminating in achieving High-Income Country (HIC) status, will be significantly accelerated through youth empowerment nationwide.
Futurenation, a visionary movement to create economic opportunities for all and redefine the economical trajectory of Bangladesh, strives to empower the youth, especially women, by providing them with ample employment prospects and fostering an entrepreneurial ecosystem, while being committed to ensure that no one is left behind in the journey towards economic prosperity.

Task description

Futurenation is seeking support of Online Volunteers to monitor a group of expert Volunteers under the Futurenation Programme engagement. This role plays a crucial part in coordinating and monitoring the progress of a team of expert volunteers who mentor learners on the Futurenation platform. As Online Volunteers engaged under this monitoring support assignment, you will act as a bridge between the volunteers and the Futurenation Focal Point, ensuring efficient program delivery and progress tracking.
Responsibilities:
Volunteer Management:
• Support in monitoring the progress of a team of 18-20 expert online volunteers tasked with mentoring learners in Futurenation LMS platform.
• Facilitate communication between volunteers and the Futurenation team.
• Ensure consistent documentation of volunteer and learner progress in the designated database.
Reporting and Monitoring:
• Compile and submit weekly progress reports based on the volunteer progress database, utilizing provided reporting templates.
• Monitor the online challenge faced by the volunteer team and support the Focal Point in its mitigation process.
Training and Development:
• Successful Online Volunteers applicants will need to participate in an Online Induction for further details on the assignment and the expected contribution/deliverables from this role.
• Online Volunteers will be required to utilize provided information and materials to effectively support in performing the tasks.
