What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate within small, autonomous teams in a high-ownership environment.

  • Develop multiple projects, delivering high-quality and interactive educational experiences within deadlines.

  • Work closely with developers, designers, and artists to enhance all aspects of the experience—ranging from XR functionalities to UI elements, animations, audio, physics, and rendering.

  • Generate ideas for improving functionality and overall user experience.

  • Solve technical challenges creatively, optimizing builds across platforms (PC, mobile, web, VR).

Who You Are:

  • You have 5+ years of industry experience working with Unity or similar platforms.

  • A strong coder, passionate about programming with excellent C# skills.

  • Familiar with SOLID principles and best coding practices.

  • Experienced in an Agile development environment.

  • Skilled in VR/MR/AR development, ideally with Meta Quest 3 experience.

  • Knowledgeable in the technical aspects of software development—UI, rendering, user interaction, and more.

  • Experienced in using source control (PlasticSCM, Unity Collab, Git) and handling source code efficiently.

  • Capable of integrating external plugins, APIs, and libraries.

  • Able to troubleshoot complex issues across various technologies.

  • Demonstrated experience in producing and optimizing Unity builds for VR and other platforms.

  • Adaptable, with a proven ability to handle changing requirements and solve bugs effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Must Haves:

  • Solid experience with Unity3D and VR.

  • Strong competency in C# and understanding of real-time rendering.

  • Experience with Igloo Vision.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality educational products.

  • Knowledge of software architecture, technologies, and platform requirements.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Fluency in French.

  • Experience with Meta Quest 3.

  • Background in developing educational software.
