Job Reference: 35886Ward Manager (RMN or RNLD)Location: Edmonton, LondonPay Rates: Up to £51,000 per year (Band 8a Salary)Shift Patterns: 12 hour shifts.As a Ward Manager, you will be responsible for providing Clinical Leadership and Management to the ward for one of the largest names in Healthcare.Responsibilities:

• Manage ward resources, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skills mix.
• Ensure clinical supervision, appraisal, CPD requirements, and mandatory training for nursing team.
• Implement and monitor compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and manage physical and mental health needs effectively.
• Oversee Medicines Management and conduct clinical and HR investigations thoroughly.
• Facilitate effective MDT working and deputise for the Director of Clinical Services as needed.

Qualification/experience:

• Experience within a Ward Manager role.
• Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
• Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with NMC guidelines
• Undertake regular mandatory training
• As part of our onboarding check will we also need to see a copy of your Academic Qualification
