Position: Warranty Administrative Specialist
Reporting To: Warranty Manager
Duty Station: Erbil branch office
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Reviewing all types of warranty claims and submitting to TMC on timely manner.
- Resubmits all Returned & rejected claims promptly.
- Preparing and sending Warranty Claim Adjustment Report to TMC.
- Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off.
- Reconciles all warranty Payable & Receivables payments through the appropriate accounting schedule, such as preparing and sending warranty certificates to dealer, warranty Claims Settlement report and following up with dealer warranty.
- Preparing and sending Parts Destruction report to dealers.
- Monitoring and supporting dealers’ staff on their daily warranty jobs and operation,
- Technical knowledge of vehicle service to verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage.
- Conduct dealer visits and support dealer for warranty process and operation.
- Conduct Dealer Audit on proper Warranty storage method.
- Coordinate with Technical Team on Warranty parts that will be sent to Manufacturer and coordinate with shipping agent,
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, & Word)
- Fluency in English, Kurdish, and Arabic
- Valid Iraqi driving license
- Iraqi nationality
Soft Skills:
- Good Technical knowledge of vehicle service to verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty
- Analytical thinking, judgment and problem-solving skills are required
- Customer Service Skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
