This is a fantastic opportunity for a licensed banker to transition into a rewarding wealth management role with a market leader.The Role:In this exciting role, you will play a vital role in supporting the firm’s investment professionals in providing exceptional service to their valued clients. You will leverage your banking experience to excel in tasks such as:

  • Conducting in-depth financial research and analysis to identify suitable investment opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Creating comprehensive investment plans and recommendations tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Executing investment transactions efficiently and accurately while adhering to CIRO compliance standards.
  • Maintaining detailed client records and ensuring all activities comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Contributing to the overall growth and success of the team by collaborating with colleagues and supporting business development initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably within a banking environment.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and risk management principles, with a focus on wealth management strategies.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough financial research, analyze data, and generate insightful reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Must hold the Canadian Investment Representative (CIRO) designation.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conducting Portfolio Holds (CPH) are a plus.
