We seek an experienced WhatsApp Deliverability Consultant to join our innovative AvaazLite team. This role focuses on optimizing our WhatsApp delivery systems, ensuring reliable and efficient communication with our members, and expanding our reach. You will oversee all aspects of WhatsApp deliverability, from strategy development to execution, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly technical, and experienced in managing large-scale messaging systems.
This role will involve working closely with campaigners, technical teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of WhatsApp campaigns. You will monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot deliverability issues, and continuously optimize our approach to maintain high delivery rates and engagement levels. Additionally, you will contribute to the strategic development of new deliverability solutions and best practices.

Avaaz is a virtual organization, with most of our work done over email, Gdocs, telephone, and Slack. Our staff are based in cities all over the world. For this position, the candidate needs to be based in either the EMEA region or the eastern time zones of the Americas (North or South).
The hourly rate for this position is US$80-100 per hour, depending on location and experience. This is a month to month contract.
