This established UK curriculum school requires a whole school principal for August 2025.The school is a high performing, academic school attended largely by Omani children, and it is a private fee paying school. They use Cambridge IGCSE and A level and experience managing a whole school using the UK curriculum is required. The school has a Had of Primary and Head of Secondary, so good collaborative people management skills are essential. Reporting to the country CEO, the role involves academic as well as some financial oversight.The successful applicant will be offered a family status one-year contract in the first instance to be renewed for two years by mutual agreement.

– At least 3 years experience as Assistant Principal (whole school) or as Principal in a successful school using a UK curriculum
– Strong track record of collaborative leadership, people management and driving academic attainment in a learner-centred environment
– GCC experience desirable
– Teacher training such as PGCE, B’Ed, NPQH etc is required.
– Masters degree or PHD preferredSafer child protection checks will be undertaken
