Wilder Trent Programme Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary Programme Manager to lead the Wilder Trent Programme
and bring our bold vision to life. You’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to restore the
River Trent’s floodplains and create a resilient landscape from the Midlands to the North Sea.
You’ll work with a diverse range of partners to develop and coordinate a strategic vision that
puts Nature’s Recovery at its heart. 

 As Wilder Trent Programme Manager you’ll drive the creation of a partnership vision for the
Trent Valley, ensuring a resilient and thriving landscape. Through your work with others,
you’ll develop and coordinate the strategic vision for the River Trent’s restoration. You’ll
lead the delivery of the Wild Trent Programme, ensuring transformative landscape-scale change. 

To be successful, you’ll need to be creative in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders
and in your writing and evidence collation. You’ll be curious, understanding the needs of
others, nurturing transformative partnerships, and exploring nature economy solutions in this
significant landscape. You’ll also be courageous, taking bold actions to put nature in recovery
and ensuring that equity underpins everything we do.

• You are comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders. 
• You’re a strategic thinker who can put plans into action.

This role will be based at our office in Middleton although a balance of home and office
working will be allowed. We are a local charity so applicants should be easily able to access
our office and other locations around the Trent landscape.
