Job Description

• Take responsibility: You are actively participating in the execution of high impact customer-centric workstreams and take ownership for smaller projects
• Teamwork is dreamwork: You are part of a small, diverse team of high performing product owners and subject matter experts, with broad experience from different backgrounds including CX, marketing science, finance and engineering
• Experience research: You research and analyze complex information, understand the implications and visualize your findings concisely for communication towards senior business leaders
• Visibility: Depending on experience and motivation, get exposure to upper and top management and win insights of what it is like working in a strategic area of a top-notch semiconductor company

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently studying business administration, strategic marketing/management, or marketing science/intelligence or similar. Whether you are a bachelor’s or master’s student is secondary – what truly matters is your motivation, experience, and personality
• Work experience: You bring initial work experience, for example as an intern or working student, ideally in a renowned consulting company or in the corporate strategy environment of a global organization
• Skills: You can understand and handle complex data and you are comfortable in applying or learning the relevant tools Excel, Tableau, Qualtrics, Python, R, etc.; AI related skills are a bonus
• Interests: You are self-driven, highly motivated, and passionate about the intersection of technology and business strategy. You believe in the power of data and analytical thinking, and you are digitally savvy
• Language skills: You have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in German is a plus

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
