  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and the senior leadership team to maintain high standards of teaching and student achievement.
  • Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Foster social, emotional, and academic development in a community-focused setting.
  • Maintain effective classroom management, ensuring a respectful and positive atmosphere for learning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Year 1 or in primary school settings is preferred.
  • A passionate, creative approach to early years education.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young children.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive, community-centered learning environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents/carers.
