Are you a passionate and experienced Year 3 Teacher looking for a new opportunity? A wonderful primary school in Rugby is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join their team full-time until the end of the academic year.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to take full responsibility for a Year 3 class in a supportive and welcoming school.The successful candidate will be expected to:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment.
Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute to the wider school community, attending staff meetings, parent evenings, and extracurricular activities.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment.
Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure consistency and continuity across the key stage.Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Minimum of 2 years’ UK teaching experience is required.
Experience working in Key Stage 2, particularly with Year 3 students, is preferred.
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum.
