Salary: £145 per dayPink Tile Education is thrilled to represent a dynamic and inclusive primary school in Crawley, West Sussex, seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join their supportive team. This full-time position is for the duration of the academic year, starting in September 2024, and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse mix of learners in a Year 3 class.Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners in the Year 3 class.
• Implement the national curriculum effectively, fostering a love for learning and promoting academic progress.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, respected, and able to thrive.
• Assess student progress and attainment, providing timely feedback and interventions to support individual learning goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development and well-being of all students.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community through participation in extracurricular activities and events.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
• Passionate about providing high-quality education and supporting the individual needs of all learners.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS certificate and up-to-date safeguarding training are essential.
