- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to engage Year 4 students.
- Monitor and assess Year 4 students’ academic progress, providing feedback and setting improvement targets.
- Foster a classroom environment that promotes self-confidence, independence, and mutual respect.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design effective learning strategies for Year 4 students.
- Work closely with parents to keep them informed of Year 4 students’ progress and any areas of concern.
Requirements:
- PGCE or equivalent qualification.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching Year 4 students.
- A sound knowledge of the National Curriculum.
- Strong classroom management skills.
