This position is establishing Mates of the Earth’s flagship environmental management programme
with younger individuals in Belfast and surrounding areas. The programme,
People Planet Place, makes use of group organising methodology to assist marginalised younger
individuals to develop and ship their very own environmental justice campaigns as a crew inside their

Job objective: 

To ship Mates of the Earth Northern Eire’s inclusion programmes with working
class, disabled, LGBTQIA+ and racialised younger individuals in Additional Schooling and
youth work settings throughout Northern Eire, with a spotlight within the higher Belfast space. This
consists of:

1. Accountability for direct venture supply in faculties and youth teams; 
2. Co-delivery with faculty and youth work employees to allow them to subsequently run the programme
   independently; and
3. Coordinating knowledgeable community of youth work and environmental organisations to
   enhance entry to environmental campaigning alternatives for marginalised younger individuals in
